How to Get the Crusader Title in World of Warcraft

There are many aspects of World of Warcraft that make it incredibly addictive. It has the effect of making players want to "keep up with the Joneses", so to speak. Tier gear, rare mounts, and achievements are just a few of the addictive traps Blizzard has built into WoW.

One of the newest ingame status symbols is the coveted Crusader title. Obtaining this title proves to everyone who sees you that have put in the work and you know what you're doing. It's a title that carries prestige and most people want it so they can also become a highly toted elite player in World of Warcraft. Not to mention earning the Crusader title also grants you access to purchase items only available to this group of elite players.

Living Among the Elite

There's no question that players look at other players who have earned their Crusader title with respect. It has the same effect of a player who is decked out in many hard-to-get items. They've put in the work and time to aquire those things, and many people wish they could do the same. Besides the status of becoming a respected player in WoW, there are other benefits of earning your Crusader title and living among the elite.

Once you earn your Crusader title, you will have access to purchase items that are only available for sale the those who have earned the Crusader title. One of these items is the Argent Pony Bridle. Once you become a Champion at the Argent Tournament, you will receive a companion who you can summon to follow you around. That companion is essentially useless, until you purchase the Argent Pony Bridle.

The Argent Pony Bridle, when used, allows your companion to serve as a Bank, Vendor, or Mailbox, allowing you to access those things anywhere, without the need to go to a main city first. It's a very nice item to be able to purchase, as it makes your companion incredibly useful, and can only be acquired once you have earned your Crusader title. Another major benefit of earning your Crusader title is it opens up the option to purchase Heirloom items by doing dailies alone, so they are much easier to acquire.

Earning Your Crusader Title

By now, you're probably begging to know how you can earn the Crusader title for yourself. The requirements to earn the Crusader title are that you must earn the achievement Exalted Champion of the Alliance or Exalted Champion of the Horde. Unless you know exactly what you are doing, earning those achievements will prove to be difficult, tedious, and extremely time consuming.

You can try to brave the trenches and figure out for yourself how exactly to earn your Crusader title. However, myself, I would prefer to have guidance with someone walking me step-by-step through the entire process, making it a breeze. That's why I set out in search for a guide that would help me earn my Crusader title quickly and easily. X-Elerated Warcraft Guides are the guides I finally chose to help me. It proved to be a much needed breath of fresh air, compared to other guides I tried during my search.

With the X-Elerated guides, not only do they walk you step-by-step through the entire process of earning your Crusader title, but they show you how to get Hairlooms and make gold with dailies quickly and easily, as well. So, if you are in the same boat I was in, knowing what you want, but no idea how to go about obtaining it, I highly recommend X-Elerated Warcraft Guides to help you. Like me, you will not be disappointed with the results, I promise you.

How to Get Heirloom Items Fast in World of Warcraft

As World of Warcraft continues to expand larger and larger, with the level cap increasing over time, it's becoming more and more difficult for people to have multiple characters at max level. Everyone would like to have characters of all classes at level cap, but it is terribly time consuming to be able to do that.

Luckily, Blizzard has introduced, with the Cataclysm expansion, a new type of item to help players level their alts quicker and easier than ever before. They are called Bind on Account items, or Heirlooms. In order to have access to get Heirlooms, you must already have at least one level 85 character, for the most part.

Power and Extra Experience

There are 2 awesome benefits of getting and using Heirloom items. The first benefit is they scale to your level. So, as you gain levels, the Heirloom item stats (armor, damage, etc) increase as well. This is really cool because it makes it unnecessary to upgrade most of your gear. Heirlooms have good stats, armor, and damage for your current level, so they keep you powerful and able to do quests quickly, which is a huge plus when trying to level up some alt characters.

The second, and probably most important, benefit is that some Heirlooms increase the experience points you gain from killing mobs and turning in quests by 10%. If you have 3 Heirloom pieces that give a 10% experience boost each, that's a total of a 30% experience boost for your character while leveling to level 80. So, if it usually takes you 6 months total, real time, to level your alts, you could level that same character in about 4 months total. Just having Heirlooms could save you 2 months of your time! That's pretty amazing, if you ask me.

Getting Your Own Heirlooms

The most popular way of getting Heirlooms, hands down, is by doing dailies. Getting a full set of heirlooms can be done pretty quickly by doing dailies, if you know what you're doing. The whole point of heirloom items is to save you time. So, not only do you want to save time after you get your Heirlooms, but you should also look into saving time while in the process of getting Heirloom items.

The way to do that is with an optimized route of all the dailies you need to do in order to get the items to trade in for Heirlooms. Obviously, you can figure out your own path for doing this, but if you're like me, you'll want a guide written by professional gamers for the sole purpose of getting dailies done quickly.

There is a certain guide I use for all my dailies needs. It's called X-Elerated Warcraft Guides. In their guide, they show you step-by-step how to get Heirloom items. As a bonus, they walk you through speed runs for making gold with dailies, as well as getting your Crusader title, which is needed to buy Heirlooms if you want to be able to buy them by doing dailies alone. If you want to get Heirlooms, gold, and your Crusader title fast, I highly recommend picking up a copy of the X-Elerated guides. Good luck!

How to Make Gold Fast with Dailies in World of Warcraft

There are more and more people joining the ranks of World of Warcraft every day. Nobody can get enough of this game and there are plenty of reasons why. In WoW, you can escape the realities of everyday life. Just relax, do a few dailies to make a little gold, and just have fun with friends - not a bad way to spend an evening. And as you do this, you'll naturally make gold over time.

However, there may come a time when you want to get a little more out of the time you spend in the game. There are items that cost 20,000 gold, and surely you want those items. This means that in order to get the most out of your WoW experience, you'll have to make gold as quickly as possible.

The Basics

But how do you do this? There are several things to keep in mind when trying to make gold quickly in WoW by doing dailies. You probably already know that daily quests award you with gold for completing them. And initially, in WoW, items do not cost that much gold to purchase. But eventually, the items become very expensive, especially the best of the best items you'll want to get when you hit level cap. So, you need a game plan to be able to afford all the items you want, if you want them before the end of time.

Focus on Gold

When you want to build up a stockpile of gold quickly in WoW, you have to supplement your regular activites with activities designed specifically to make you a lot of gold. Doing dailies is a great way to make a lot of gold quickly. All daily quests pay out gold when you complete them. The key is to pay attention to the amount of gold each daily rewards you with when you complete them. You should also take time into consideration when trying to make gold fast in WoW using dailies. If you can make 200 gold, but it takes you 5 hours to do it, that's not very much gold per hour. There are good ways to make a lot of gold per hour, such as optimized speed gold dailies runs.

There are guides available that will lead you step-by-step through completing speed gold dailies runs, among other cool things. X-Elerated Daily Quest Guide is one of those guides. Save up your gold from completing speed gold dailies runs every day and you'll be well on your way to making gold fast in WoW and buying those expensive items you want.

First ever gold addon makes massive gold

I just discovered this amazing gold addon that automates the most powerful gold making strategies in the game. So far it's made me a fortune and I suggest you check it out immediately...

http://wowpowercataclysm.com/tycoon-review/

It's called Tycoon and it's the most powerful gold making product I've ever used. PDF guides don't even come close.

In the first day I pulled in over 25,000g and I didn't even understand how the addon worked yet.

http://wowpowercataclysm.com/tycoon-review/

Not only does it pull in massive gold in minimum time, but it makes gold making fun again.

Here's just a FEW of the cool things it does:

- Scans the auction house, studies your economy, and tells you the most profitable items in the game. (Insane)

- If that item, for example, is something that should be gathered with mining it will give you an optimized mining route that leads you over the most densely populated mining nodes in a zone... resulting in over 2-3 times more ore than normal.

- It does this for all the major strategies in the game, like Gathering, Grinding, and Crafting.

- It even knows if there is too much competition and tells you to go for a different item instead.

You can choose any strategy you prefer, such as crafting, and Tycoon will give you a list of just Crafting items to make for huge profit... (and then it goes on to show you how to make it and where to grind materials for even more profit!)

There is a lot more features in this addon but those are just a few that really stood out to me.

This is going to change the way gold making is done forever and I know you'll like it.

It just came out and I know a bunch of people are talking about it so I suggest checking it out before too many people get their hands on it.

Mass Pulling To Increase Leveling Speed

When I first decided that I was going to master questing, I made it my mission to find all the things that made the largest impact on my overall leveling time. After years of questing, recording, and team collaboration, we have created a hierarchy of leveling tactics.

There are two strategies at the top of this hierarchy that will always act as your top time-saving contributors. And, I’m going to share the first one with you right now.

Soloing kill quests are absolutely, bar none, the fastest way to level. With that in mind, it’s time to incorporate the first KEY leveling strategy: Mass Pulling.

First off, let me start by saying that the reason mass pulling is so effective at saving you time is because you save minutes each time you implement it. If you save 3 minutes by mass pulling at every single camp where you have a kill quest, that will total up to hours of time saved. In some of our studies, mass pulling alone accounted for DAYS of leveling time saved.

Now, we’ve all been there. You finally found a good zone to quest in, you have the winning spec, but something is still missing.

As you aggro 1 mob at a time, over and over, you become a master of a single target rotation, but do you know how to react when you pull 2 mobs? What about when you aggro 10?

Every single class has the ability to mass pull mobs. Yes, even at low level. And yes, even rogues and priests! Any class can use mass pulling tactics to kill 6-10 mobs at a time and level like a beast.

But there is a big difference between accidentally pulling a group of mobs, and actively taking an offensive approach at them.

By implementing just these 3 key strategies, you can become a wiz at mass pulling, and will find yourself shaving hours off of your leveling time.

Situational Awareness:
Observe your surroundings, and make it a habit to know exactly how to turn the mobs’ basecamp into your personal playground.

Mass Mob Rotation:
Learn the best way for your class to pull, and quickly output damage on groups of 5 or larger.

The Follow Through:
Once you have a mass-pulling rotation, you have to find a balance between damage input and output. You’ll know when you hit the “sweet spot” on a group of mobs, and let me tell you, it’s a wonderful feeling.
The X-Elerated Warcraft Guides Package goes in depth with all of these concepts, and will have you mass mob farming with any and all classes like a seasoned veteran.

Tips To Double Your World of Warcraft Leveling Speed

Hello,

When someone sets out to level a brand new character in WoW, they can find themselves easily discouraged because of the long haul in front of them. Yes, leveling can be a grueling process, but it doesn’t have to be.

There are bad habits that you can cut out of your leveling gameplay that will ensure your toon will never slow to a snail’s pace. These “minor things” don’t seem to merit your attention, but they will add up to a MAJOR time drain. By eliminating them, you also will eliminate the grueling process.

It really all boils down to time management, right? It took me years of grinding, reading forums, and experimenting to finally pinpoint exactly what was keeping me from leveling efficiently.

#1 Letting Leveling Become a Marathon
How many times have you set your hearthstone at an Inn, and forgot to use it? While questing, you can save yourself anywhere from 5-30 minutes of running to turn a quest in, if you just use your hearthstone. Forgetting to use your hearthstone once isn’t that bad, but you can see how this adds up to wasting a lot of time.

#2 Overestimating City Attractions
While leveling a toon, you have to periodically visit a major city to visit class and profession trainers. Taking your toon to a city to train is legit, but how often should you train? The most time efficient way to handle the training situation is to visit the major cities when you are “in the area” and reserve going out of your way for when your level ends in 0; as these are the points at which you will have the most abilities to train in.

#3 Underestimating Travel Time
Beware of sitting in the AH and browsing for gear to level in. Getting distracted by shopping at the AH is just one of the things that cities have to offer in the “time drain” category. To combat this, you can make a bank alt, and park it next to the AH. Then, if you insist on browsing the AH, at least you didn’t waste time by running your other characters 30 or more minutes across the map. Not taking advantage of a bank alt may seem like small potatoes, but it’s a short walk to the mail box from the AH.

#4 Giving Away Control Over Your Leveling Speed
We’ve all had the thought that “hey, elite mobs in dungeons give a ton of xp, so I should just queue for random dungeons.” But there are too many variables that can come into play and spoil the idea of dungeon leveling. Yes you’ll be getting xp while you’re in the dungeon, but what about the downtime? And what if you get a fail group? Some dungeon runs will grant you a whole level worth of XP or more at the lower levels, but it’s not worth it if the groups drag out for hours at a time.

Look, I’m not going to sit here and tell you that you can’t dungeon and pvp with your lowbies. But, if you want to be an efficient power-leveler, you can’t waste your time with those things.
After having leveled handfuls of toons, the X-Elerated Warcraft Guides Team has pinpointed and highlighted every little time waster that you could possibly encounter while leveling, so that you can avoid them.

And the list of “minor things that add up” is a long one. If you want to free your leveling from the clutches of these minor things, look no further. The X-Elerated Warcraft Guide Package will turn you into a well-oiled leveling machine.

Level At Least 3x Faster Than You Are Now

So, you’ve done your homework, and through trial and error have come to the conclusion that soloing quests is the fastest and most efficient way to level. But that’s only half the battle.

How many times have you been in this situation:
You started a toon at the same time as someone else in your guild. You level by questing, just like the other guy, but by the time your level 30, he’s level 50. And you’re thinking what the heck, how is he leveling so much faster than me?

Well there are a handful of secret tricks that you can incorporate into soloing that will help you to surpass your friends and guildies every time. These tips are proven to shave big chunks off your leveling time, and all you have to do is take advantage of them to become a master power leveler.

You see, there are so many things that the average leveler forgets to do. These things can vary from a rotation blunder to not taking a crucial talent point, and are always an easy fix. It’s just a matter of knowing how.
I’ll let you in on a key soloing secret right now!

If you can find a balance between damage and survivability, you’ll already be way above the curve. The fact is that most players can’t figure out how to create this balance.

The first step is very simple...

You need the right spec!

Now, let’s say that you’re a paladin. Retribution is the best leveling spec! But why?

Yes, Retribution is the only dps spec for a paladin, but that’s not why exactly. The reason why is because it contains talent points that provide great damage, and combines that with some crucial resource regeneration and survivability tactics.

Certain talent points in the tree are absolutely mandatory… but you have to know which ones.
Another really common slip-up that I’ve seen is players stacking the wrong stats. This goes right back to what I was saying about finding that balance between damage and survivability. Even having the best spec is useless if you don’t know how to gear for it.

If you’re tired of the guesswork and ready to know exactly how to best equip and spec your toon for soloing, then you are ready for X-Elerated Warcraft Guides. They will take care of all the why’s and how’s so that you can just focus on getting your game on.

Paladin Gold Tips - How to Make Gold As a Paladin

Paladins are without a doubt one of the most efficient farming classes. Back in Burning Crusade, Prot Paladin Gold tips included picking some very specific spots for finding groups of mobs and AoE burning them down. However, Paladin Gold Farming methods have changed quite a bit with the release of Wrath of the Lich King, and now Cataclysm. Almost all Paladin gold farming tips include AoE farming, but Retribution specialization now plays a big part in gold farming for Paladins. Read on and I will discuss both specs in detail.

Protection Paladin Gold Tips:

This plan is all about survival and taking down large groups of mobs, possibly 10 or more at a single time. The idea is to use Avenger's Shield to pull. Even though it only hits 3 targets, you can get a good group if you pull properly. Immediately hit Consecration, followed by Holy Wrath, and use Hammer of the Righteous for damage. This will also inflict vindication, which will reduce the damage you receive. If you find yourself taking a lot of damage, use Shield of the Righteous to increase your block chance, and Word of Glory to instantly heal yourself.

Retribution Paladin Gold Tips:

This rotation is going to be pretty similar, but one thing will be different. Instead of Hammer of the Righteous, you will want to use Divine Storm. This ability has a built in healing effect which will help you survive. You will also want to stack haste in order to reduce the cooldown of Divine Storm. Judge whenever you can to restore mana. If you get low on health, Sacred Shield should kick in. Also, Crusade will buff your Holy Light spell, just in case you need that large heal. You will want to make sure you use Seal of Righteousness, since the Seals of Command talent allows it to hit multiple targets. If you still find yourself struggling, try using a 1-handed weapon and shield for a little while. Experiment a little to find what works best for you. Retribution is also an excellent spec for single target farming as well. If you have trouble finding large groups of squishy mobs, then you can always take them down one at a time as you go.

General Paladin Gold Tips:

If you plan to AoE farm, start with small groups. If you find yourself struggling, keep it small until your gear is better. At first, you may find yourself struggling to find the right rotation. But here's an important concept: If you're dying, you aren't making any gold, you're just losing it to repair bills.

Another Paladin Gold Tip would to be make sure you find an area with a good concentration of melee mobs with low health that drop what you are looking for. This is easy to do if you revisit lower level zones. The mobs will be much easier to kill, and they won't be farmed as heavily as Cataclysm zones. However, there are several Cataclysm farming areas that are still excellent for AoE and single target farming. What's important to consider while AoE Farming, is to know exactly what areas are suitable for Paladin AoE Farming, and the specific items you will be farming with your Paladin. None of these Paladin gold farming tips will do you any good, if the items that you're farming don't sell well.

4.0.1 Class Changes and Leveling

Leveling has become a much less painful process with the release of the new patch. Every class has a unique special attack now at Level 1 and learn a number of other useful skills up to level 10.

Warriors have Strike

Pallies have Crusader Strike (formerly 41 point talent for ret)

Rogues have Sinister Strike

Hunters have arcane shot AND a pet

Shaman have Lightning Bolt (and soon after, Primal Strike)

Mages have Fireball

Priests have smite

Druids have Wrath

Warlocks have Shadow Bolt AND Summon Imp

So what does this mean? it means that EVERY class has a distinct feeling starting at level 1. Each class will learn anywhere from 3-5 new skills (or more) up to level 10. (druids and warlocks learn 11 new abilities by the time they reach level 10!)

Then at level 10 you pick your class's specialization from 3 different trees and then you immediately gain 3-4 new passive and active abilities (plus a mastery at 80) that really give you a feeling of uniqueness and customization.

Even better is that you only have to train a skill once, and you don't need to train multiple ranks anymore. You don't have to go back every 2 levels, you don't have to spend ridiculous amounts of gold on training. The problem is, after level 10, skills are so spread out between 3-5 levels per skill that things get kind of boring. Talents however help to take some of the boredom out of the leveling process adding 1 or 2 new abilities every 5 levels, depending on your talent tree.

I've played around with a handful of classes now, but by far the fastest leveling classes I've played are hunters and warriors. Hunters can kill anything before it reaches you with just your autoshot and arcane shot. But then you have your pet to finish it, even if the mob does close in on you. Just target another one and keep rolling. I literally just picked a small area with a lot of mobs, tab targeted and autoshot, and I gained a full level in under a minute. Granted these were low levels and supposed to be fast, but still, I've never leveled up that fast before. I was level 7 in under 10 minutes.

Warriors using charge and victory rush just plow through mobs even 1-shotting them if victory rush crits. The best thing I could do is charge into a group of mobs (yellow names) and take them down with victory rush and strike. When charge's cooldown was done, usually by the time all the mobs were dead, I would just charge into a new group and repeat. I was killing nonstop and I was level 7 in just under 30 minutes. It would have been faster, but I was guiding my wife through the game for the first time, teaching her how to use the controls.

So long story short, Leveling has become fun again. It's time to level an alt, bring in a friend, and plow your way to 80... again. Since patch 4.0.1 the entire game has been recreated, classes have been reworked from the ground up, and everything feels fresh again. There are some pitfalls to avoid though. You definitely don't want to waste any time or money, just to find out you're doing it wrong. Pick the right spec from the start. Get a good game plan, know where you're going and how you're getting there.

Zygor’s Leveling Guide is always kept up to date with the best leveling specs and with Cataclysm coming soon, the talent trees have received a huge makeover with all new features and abilities. When the expansion comes out, the face of Azeroth, and many of the quests will be changed as well. Zygor’s Leveling Guide will have all new questing paths and step by step instructions to take you through the changes to the new level cap in no time.

If you are having trouble leveling, Zygor’s Leveling Guide provides an in game talent spec and the perfect Shaman leveling spec and questing path that gets you to 80 faster and easier than any other way. No matter what level you are, you load the guide, and it points with an arrow the direction to each monster, quest giver, trainer etc. Its pretty crazy. It also has an in game box that tells you exactly where and how far to run, what to kill, what to pick up, etc. Unlike the Questhelper Addon, it actually shows where to PICK UP quests, and which ones to do, and what order to do them in. Check out Zygor’s Leveling Guide to make sure you're not wasting any time when you're on your path to 85.

While leveling, you can choose between feral or Balance as your Druid Leveling Spec. Balance is a somewhat trickier Druid Leveling Spec than feral, but it is a very fun way to level. Remember that these talents are still in a very raw form and are subject to a lot of changes. For a good talent guide that is always up to date, I suggest using wowpowercataclysm.com. When putting talents into your Balance Druid Leveling Spec, you will have a lot of trouble deciding which ones will benefit you right away. Some seem good now, but may not actually be useful until later levels. Look here for a solid Balance Druid Leveling Spec and plan.

level 10 – Choose “balance” on the talent summary page. This gives you Starsurge (a short cooldown spell that hits pretty hard).

Level 10, 11, 13 – Starlight wrath (tier 1) – decreases your cast times. Faster spells are good!

Level 15 & 17 – Nature’s Majesty (tier 1) – increaes your crit chance by 4%

19, 21, 23 – Moonglow (tier 2) decreases mana costs. Mana tends to be a problem for moonkin, so you won’t have to drink as much with this.

25 & 27 – balance of power (tier 2) – increases spell damage and turns spirit into hit rating to reduce the chance that your spells will miss.

29 – Moonkin form (tier 3) – You shift into moonkin form and you get haste, more damage, an armor bonus, and a fun graphic.

31 & 33 Shooting Stars (tier 3) – gives your DOTs a chance to make your starsurge instant and removes the cooldown. Should help make the leveling “rotation” a little more interesting.

35 – Typhoon (tier 3) – gives you a new spell that knocks things back from you and slows them.

37, 39, 41 – Nature’s Grace (tier 1) – gives you a haste bonus that will proc about once a minute from your DOTs.

43, 45, 47 – Owlkin Frenzy (tier 4) – gives you a damage bonus when you get hit. This is nice for leveling since things are often hitting me which will proc this ability.

49 – Force of Nature (tier 5) – spawns tree buddies to help you by attacking things.

51 – Earth & moon (tier 5) – gives you a group damage buff when you cast wrath or starfire.

53 – solar beam (tier 4) – gives you an ability that gives you a silence effect. When soloing, you can root a caster mob in a solar beam to keep it from hurting you.

55 & 57 – Gale Winds (tier 4) – your typhoon & hurricane do more damage.

59 – Sunfire (tier 5) – used to unlock the next talent at this point.

61, 63, 65 (tier 6) – when you are moving, your moonfire does more damage and costs less mana

67 & 69 (tier 3) – Talents that you will need later on once you learn your mastery, and helps you move up to the next tier.

71 Starfall (tier 7) – gives you an AOE spell that will aggro everything around you if you aren’t careful. Pick up glyph of focus for leveling to reduce it’s aggro radius.

73, 75, 77 – Heart of the wild (restoration tree, tier 1) – At this point you can finally go into resto and pick up heart of the wild that will increase your intellect.

You can also choose an AoE leveling build. You would want to add the Overgrowth talent, and use glyphs of Hurricane, Focus, and Starfall.

How to AoE grind as a druid –

1. Root your enemies (overgrowth roots all in an area)

2. Cast Hurricane until they are within starfall range (Some will break roots, but will be slowed 50%)

3. Cast starfall

4. Typhoon to knock mobs back

5. Hurricane again if needed.

6. At Level 85 you can lay down your wild mushrooms for extra AoE damage.

I will say that I do NOT recommend AoE as a regular leveling tactic. Too many variables can totally screw you, but for a small group of 5-6 mobs, you can take them down pretty fast. While leveling, it is best to stick to questing.

This is just one of many routes you can choose while leveling your druid. This Balance druid leveling spec sacrifices some group utility for pure damage and solo killing power. Keep in mind that talent specs are always changing with major and minor update patches. Priest Leveling Spec

Shadow Priest Leveling -

When deciding how to start your Priest Leveling Spec, Shadow will be your preferred talent tree. Many players will make the mistake of choosing Holy right off the bat. While it is a very valuable talent tree, Holy is primarily a healing build and very slow for a priest leveling spec. A shadow leveling build is the best choice since you will be dealing damage faster, killing more quickly, and completing quests more efficiently. Shadow also comes with some very handy abilities that help you regen health and mana, decreasing downtime, and further strengthening it as the number 1 priest leveling spec.

Not only are shadow priests effective at leveling, but they make an excellent off-healing class for groups where the main healer isn't pulling their weight, not properly specced, or dies too often. They also have a lot of fun features and utility to add to a group, from silence to fear, mind control (one of my favorites), and group mana regen.

So before we get started, here is the ideal shadow priest leveling spec. Simply add the talent points in this order:

Shadow

3 in Spirit Tap

2 in Improved Spirit Tap

3 in Shadow Focus

2 in Improved Shadow Word: Pain

Mind Flay

2 in Improved Mind Blast

2 in Improved Psychic Scream

3 in Shadow Weaving

2 in Shadow Reach

Vampiric Embrace

2 into Improved Vampiric Embrace

2 into Focused Mind (2 of 3)

5 in Darkness

Shadowform

1 in Focused Mind (3 of 3)

2 in Mind Melt

Silence

2 in Improved Shadowform

3 in Misery

Vampiric Touch

3 in Pain and Suffering

1 in Shadow Power

5 in Twisted Faith

Dispersion
Discipline Talents

5 points into Twin Discipline

3 in Improved Inner Fire

2 in Improved Power Word: Fortitude

3 in Meditation

1 in Inner Focus
Shadow again

2 into Veiled Shadows

4 in Shadow Power

Keep in mind that talent specs are always changing with major and minor update patches. You will want to keep an up to date guide on the best leveling tactics to pair up with your Shadow Priest leveling spec. Mage Leveling Spec

The mage class is a very fun but difficult class to learn. With each spec there are multiple playstyles that you can adapt and apply different ways. The mage leveling spec can be broken down by either frost or fire. After that, you may want to consider the ability to AoE versus direct damage. The choice is up to you and it will greatly affect your playstyle and spell rotations. The Challenge with leveling a mage is that you have so many different options to choose from. I will try my best to sum up some of the different tactics for building your Mage Leveling Spec.

First I'll address AoE tactics for plowing through groups of mobs.

Frost: You will be using frost nova, blizzard, and cone of cold primarily.
Key Talents: Ice Floes, Permafrost, Improved Blizzard, Ice Barrier (later, of course) DO NOT pick up frostbite. The freeze effect can seriously screw your efforts. Any other talents you will want are simply for damage boosts or mana efficiency.

  1. Frost armor and Ice barrier - Reduce the damage you're taking and slow the when you're struck
  2. Mount up and kite MELEE MOBS ONLY! start with 3-4 to get comfortable. Never go over 10. your aoe loses effectiveness after that, and it's just way too dangerous to handle that many. I'd say stick to 6-7 mobs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  3. When you have a good group following you, Frost nova to root them in place.
  4. Blink away and Blizzard from max distance. With the chill effect, you should be able to get 2 blizzards in before they reach you.
  5. If there are any survivors, Cone of cold, Frost Nova again, and repeat the process or just arcane explosion to finish them off.
  6. Drink and repeat the process
Fire/Arcane: Key abilities will be flame strike, Arcane explosion, Frost Nova, and Blast Wave.

  1. Turn on mana shield for protection
  2. Mount up and gather 4-6 mobs (again, melee only)
  3. Frost Nova
  4. Flame Strike
  5. Blast Wave
  6. Cone of Cold
  7. Arcane Explosion til dead
Note, when AoE grinding, you will probably have a few mishaps which will result in a hefty repair bill and time wasted running back. You pull a ranged attacker, you pull too many mobs, you get the point. With Blizzard's changes to experience gains through questing as well as caps to AoE damage, you are going to be spending a lot more time leveling than is really necessary. It can be very beneficial to find a partner who can AoE tank or heal you while you dish out all the damage. This is a more effective technique if you are focusing on an AoE mage leveling spec. Paladins with consecrate and bear druids with swipe will work really well, especially since they can also heal to help with downtime. With proper talents and abilities they can also help with mana regeneration.

However, when you have no partner Questing is by far the easiest and fastest way to level up.

Now you just have to decide whether you want to chose fire or frost as your primary mage leveling spec. Many players favor frost because of its survivability, mana efficiency and after level 60 can really throw out some strong damage. Here is a sample frost mage leveling spec:

Improved Frostbolt - 5/5

Frostbite - 3/3

Ice Floes - 3/3

Ice Shards - 3/3

Permafrost - 3/3

Icy Veins - 1/1

Arctic Reach - 2/2

Frost Channeling - 3/3

Shatter - 3/3

Cold Snap - 1/1

Cold as Ice - 2/2

Winter's Chill - 3/3

Shattered Barrier - 2/2

Ice Barrier - 1/1

Arctic Winds - 1/5

Empowered Frostbolt - 2/2

Fingers of Frost - 2/2

Brain Freeze - 3/3

Summon Water Elemental - 1/1

Enduring Winter - 3/3

Chilled to the Bone - 3/5

Deep Freeze - 1/1

Then, continue on the Arcane to finish out your spec:

Arcane Subtlety - 2/2

Arcane Focus - 3/3

Arcane Fortitude - 3/3

Magic Absorption - 2/2

Magic Attunement - 2/2

Spell Impact - 3/3

Improved Counterspell - 2/2

Torment the Weak - 3/3

This is just one of many routes you can choose while leveling your mage. This mage leveling spec sacrifices some damage for utility, defensive ability, and mana efficiency. Hunter Leveling Spec

One of the hardest parts of leveling a Hunter is picking the best Hunter Leveling Spec. To level, you will probably want to pick a Beast Mastery talent build, because of its high aggro and damage output from your pet, resulting in less damage taken, less ammo used, and less mana consumed. There are many different builds and methods, but this is one that I've found to have Minimal downtime and high survivability. There are other specs that may fit your playstyle, but this one fit me best and helped me level faster than any other hunter leveling spec. This is a very basic rundown of a Hunter leveling spec, but for a more comprehensive leveling guide to get you to 80 in no time, check out Zygor’s Leveling Guide. Note once more, that there may be other Hunter Leveling builds out there, but this Beast Mastery Hunter leveling spec worked better for me than anything else.

As you level, simply enter in your talent points in this order.

Beast Mastery Talents

Endurance Training : 5/5

Focused Fire : 2/2
Thick Hide : 3/3

Aspect Mastery : 1/1
Unleashed Fury : 5/5
Improved Mend Pet : 1/2
Ferocity : 5/5

Spirit Bond : 2/2
Intimidation : 1/1
Bestial Discipline : 2/2
Frenzy : 3/5
Ferocious Inspiration : 3/3
Bestial Wrath : 1/1

Catlike Reflexes : 3/3
Serpent’s Swiftness : 5/5
Longevity : 3/3
The Beast Within : 1/1
Cobra Strikes : 2/3
Kindred Spirits : 5/5
Beast Mastery : 1/1

Fill in the remaining levels in this order:

Marksmanship Talents

Lethal Shots : 5/5
Careful Aim : 3/3
Mortal Shots : 2/5
Go For The Throat : 2/2

Survival Talents

Improved Tracking : 5/5

Ok, now that you have your ideal Hunter Leveling Spec, you need a good attack setup:

  1. Cast Aspect of the Beast to boost pet damage and aggro
  2. Cast Hunter’s Mark on enemies to increase ranged attack damage
  3. Send your pet into the melee
  4. Use Concussive Shot to slow the enemies advancement and attack
  5. Use Rapid Fire to kick your attack speed up a level
  6. If the situation requires it, you can use your freeze trap
  7. Feign Death if you think you're in over your head.
  8. Wait for mobs to reset, revive your pet, continue on.

Now that you have the proper Hunter Leveling Spec, you will want to know how and where exactly to quest to level up and waste as little time as possible getting to level 80. See Zygor’s Leveling Guide for all your Hunter Needs from here on out.
