• Primal Wisdom - Your melee attacks have a 40% chance to immediately restore 5% of your base mana.
• Mastery (trainable at 80) - Enhanced Elements: Increases all Fire, Frost, and Nature damage done by 20%. Each point of Mastery increases damage by an additional 2.5%

So right off the bat, you have some powerful new abilities to make the leveling process much less painful than when I was a lowbie coming up through the ranks. An Enhancement Shaman Leveling Spec will look something like this:
